Parents can now receive updates for emergency situations at school and other events that have an impact on the school day through the City's public notification system, Notify NYC. You may receive updates via phone, text message, or e-mail about delayed school openings, early dismissals, temporary school closures due to weather, etc. Please call 311 or go to www.nyc.gov/notifynyc to sign up for this service.
